Free Shipping

Bill’s Music offers Free Standard Shipping on new and used Electric Guitars, Acoustic Guitars and Electric Basses when shipped to customers within the Continental United States. Orders may be shipped using UPS Ground®, FedEx Ground® or USPS Priority Mail® at the discretion of Bill’s Music, Inc. In the case of expedited order requests such as 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day delivery, you will be responsible for the difference in price between standard and expedited shipping.

To receive Free Shipping on your order of Electric & Acoustic Guitars and Electric Basses, simply choose the appropriate “Free Shipping” method during check-out. You can also call 410-788-8900 to place your order by phone. If you have additional items in your order that are not eligible for Free Shipping such as amplifiers, keyboards, etc. you will be contacted by a Bill’s representative with your shipping charge for those items.

Most orders will be shipped via UPS within 2 business days of receipt and approval of your order. Orders placed after 12pm EST can not be shipped on the same day in most cases even if expedited delivery is requested. Your items will be packaged professionally and carefully and insured to the full value of the item. Some items may be shipped directly to you from the factory. You will be notified of any back-ordered items and they will be shipped as we receive them. Please note that this does not increase your shipping charges. If an item is out of stock or if there are any other delays, you will be notified via email or by phone.

Orders are subject to a verification process which may cause a small delay in shipping. You may be contacted by our credit department to confirm your billing information. When an order is shipping to a different address than the billing address, we may require additional information or that the alternate address be listed with the card-issuing bank. All credit card information will be verified with the issuing bank before orders are shipped. This policy protects all parties from unauthorized card use.
