For over 45 years Ron Cook has been repairing musical instruments here at Bill's. Here, Ron is pictured executing his signature Supertune which consists of the following:
-adjust the truss rod in the neck
-adjust the bridge for height and intonation
-tail piece or tremolo adjustment
-height adjust the nut for first position action
-tighten and clean all electronics, tuning gears, pickups
-clean and polish instrument

A graduate with honors from Minnesota State College Southeast Technical for band instrument repair and the Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery, Lee has been repairing strings since 2005 and brass & woodwinds since 2010. Lee is a member of NAPBIRT (National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians) and has been to both Peavey and EV seminars for musical training. Lee has repaired over 6000 instruments with meticulous attention to detail and a professionalism that is second to none.

Warranty: We consider our Bill's Limited Warranty to be one of the finest offered anywhere, and suggest you familiarize yourself with the coverage offered. If repairs are necessary, every effort will be made to ensure your equipment is repaired as speedily as possible, and returned to you when promised. Bill's Music Limited Warranty is offered in addition to any warranty which the manufacturer offers on your New Equipment.

Please inspect and test your merchandise within the first 24 hours after receipt. If you have a concern with an item you purchased online at BillsMusic.com, please email us at orders@billsmusic.com or call Jamie at (410)788-8900. We will be able to address and/or solve your issue over the phone in most cases and everything will be done to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:If your product must be sent in for repair, service or replacement you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number emailing orders@billsmusic.com and completing the Return Authorization Request form. Please send in the RA Request Form a) Email to: orders@billsmusic.com b) Fax to: 410-747-5203 c) Mail to: Bill’s Music 743 Frederick Rd. Baltimore, MD 21228. You will receive an RA# within 2-3 business days via email. Products should be shipped back to Bill’s Music within 1 week of obtaining your RA# with your complete and original packaging and all shipping materials, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, cables, etc. and the Return Authorization Number (RA#) written clearly on the outside of the box. Products sent back without a RA# cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Products of a personal nature (like in-ear monitors, mouthpieces, harmonicas) or items that are Special Orders, Discontinued, B-Stock or Close-Outs may not be returned for any reason. Parts and accessories like guitar pickups, tuning gears, etc. may not be returned for any reason. In the case of a repair or replacement, you may be asked to send your item to a Warranty Repair Facility that is local to you or to return it directly to the Factory if it is covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty.

You are responsible for shipping your item to Bill’s Music or a designated Warranty Repair Facility and to pay any shipping costs that are incurred. If you are returning a product that was sent to you under the Bill’s Free Shipping offer you will not be credited for the original shipping costs. Returns or exchanges on some items may incur a 15% restocking fee.
