Personal teaching style/philosophy: “Practical skills and understanding. This is a careful balance of mechanics or technique and music theory. I sum up years of theory class into three easy steps and combine that with practical examples. I enjoy teaching all ages of students, children as well as older adults, and try to cater each lesson to the student’s goals using recording technology and various instruments to simulate real situations."
