Shipping
Most orders will be shipped via UPS within 2 business days of receipt and approval of your order. Orders placed after 12pm EST can not be shipped on the same day in most cases even if expedited delivery is requested. Your items will be packaged professionally and carefully and insured to the full value of the item. Some items may be shipped directly to you from the factory. If an item is out of stock or if there are any other delays, you will be notified via email or by phone.
Used Items
Used items are updated often but it is possible that we may be out of stock on a used item that you order. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately and may change or cancel your order at your discretion.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change both up or down at any time. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information or specs received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If you have paid by Paypal, your Paypal account will immediately be refunded in the full amount of the payment.
Order Acceptance
Terms of payment shall be determined at the discretion of Bill's Music or as otherwise agreed to by us. Payment shall be made by a credit card, Paypal or some other pre-arranged method of payment acceptable to the Online Store such as Check, Money Order, Western Union, etc. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. Where payment is made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. Bill's Music conducts a strict verification process on all payments made with Credit Card or Paypal for yours and our security. We may require that you use an alternate payment method if the verification of your original payment is unsuccessful. We may require that items be shipped to no other address than the verified billing address. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Merchandise Inspection
Please inspect and test your merchandise within the first 24 hours after receipt. If you have a concern with an item you purchased online at BillsMusic.com, please email us at orders@billsmusic.com or call Jamie at (410)788-8900. We will assist you over the phone in most cases and everything will be done to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Return Authorizations
If your product must be sent in for return, repair or service, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number(RA#) by emailing orders@billsmusic.com. Items returned to Bill's Music without an RA# can not be accepted. Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped in the original boxes with all shipping materials, accessories, manuals, cables, etc. Products of a personal nature (like in-ear monitors, mouthpieces, harmonicas) or items that are Special Orders, Discontinued, B-Stock or Close-Outs may not be returned for any reason. Parts and accessories like guitar pickups, tuning gears, etc. may not be returned for any reason. In the case of a repair or replacement, you may be asked to send your item to a Warranty Repair Facility that is local to you or to return it directly to the Factory if it is covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty. If an item must be sent back for any reason, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If your item qualified for FREE SHIPPING, you will not be reimbursed for shipping charges. This includes both domestic and international orders.
Warranty
All NEW products purchased from www.billsmusiconline.com come with a Limited Manufacturer's Warranty for customers within the United States. Some manufacturers warranties are not valid outside of the United States. Some items must be registered with the manufacturer by the customer before the warranty takes effect.
Inventory
We are a full-line retail music store and have thousands of instruments in stock at our Baltimore location. Some items listed on the website are not necessarily in stock at our retail store as they may ship to you directly from the manufacturer. Likewise, some items that are in stock at our retail location may not be listed on the website. If there is a musical instrument or equipment that you do not see on our website, call 410-788-8900 to speak to a representative and they will be happy to assist you with special orders.
