Most orders will be shipped via UPS within 2 business days of receipt and approval of your order. Your items will be packaged professionally and carefully and insured to the full value of the item. Some items may be shipped directly to you from the factory. If an item is out of stock or if there are any other delays, you will be notified via email.
Used items are updated often but it is possible that we may be out of stock on a used item that you order. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately and may change or cancel your order at your discretion.

If your product must be sent in for return, repair or service, it must be shipped back to us in the original boxes with all shipping materials, accessories, manuals, cables, etc. If an item must is sent back for any reason, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. This includes both domestic and international orders.
All NEW products purchased from www.billsmusiconline.com come with a Limited Manufacturer's Warranty for customers within the United States. Some manufacturers warranties are not valid outside of the United States.
