"Studio 8121 is a music/audio recording studio that caters to various forms of music, voiceovers, advertisements, sound for picture and many other audio recording applications. Our dedication to quality starts with two Pro Tools HD 3 studios, a mix of clean, classic and popular out board equipment and microphones, well designed rooms that are comfortable and flexible to work in, and a mobile remote recording setup for location and live concert recording; however, our engineers and staff are what set us apart from other studios and ensure the quality of work. With staff engineers that have over 17 years experience in multiple forms of music, audio production, and postproduction mixing and sweetening, every project that comes through Studio 8121 receives the quality and care it deserves.

At Studio 8121 our mission is to be a positive force in the recording and production of music and audio. This involves serving the music and audio communities by providing them with uncompromised service and quality. Additionally, our involvement in these communities extends outside of our studio recording sessions as we provide information, assistance, and an outlet for these communities and it’s members to interact and grow. Studio 8121 has been serving the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas since 2001. Created by Three Keys Music owners Marcus Johnson (Three Keys’ CEO and jazz musician) and Bob Johnson (founder of BET and RLJ Companies), Studio 8121 has served clients ranging from major and independent label artists, national television and radio, to local musicians and business."
